Breathe for Beginnings - Workshop geared to Educators | Open to All

A new school year is about to begin and during this time educators may be feeling a variety of emotions, this wellness workshop is designed to help educators prepare mentally and physically for the new year. Breathe for Beginnings is about setting ourselves up to reach our full potential as leaders and learners, so we can become more of who we truly want to be throughout the school year. This workshop will give educators an opportunity to clarify and document their vision for themselves, their relationships, and their community beginning with our own physical, mental and social-emotional well being. This 2.5 hour workshop will encompass self care, reflection, and building community with fellow educators, while also learning strategies they can take back to the classroom to help with social emotional learning.
